Store Manager / Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing one of our stores
  • Ensuring / organizing daily operations in the store
  • Coordinating consultation and sales (in-store and via chat) as well as supporting your team in selling Italian designer furniture to achieve sales and company goals
  • Effective leadership, development, and motivation of employees through clear goal setting and feedback
  • Creating staff schedules

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of leadership experience in a first or second level position with direct reporting to sales management
  • You have a cooperative and solution-oriented leadership style, are a team player, and have strong communication skills
  • You are proactive, goal-oriented, and able to handle business metrics on your path to success
