We are currently looking for an experienced colleague to join our reception team at our practice in Holgate, OH.

  • Urologie am Kaiserdamm is a practice community located in Charlottenburg. Our young team consists of 2 practice owners and 8 employees (f/m/d).
  • Our practice is conveniently located and easily accessible by car or public transportation.

Responsibilities:


  • Reception duties
  • Answering phone calls
  • Appointment scheduling and coordination
  • Planning of office hours
  • Coordination of patient care
  • Organization of examination processes, including scheduling and managing results
  • Handling of administrative tasks
  • Coordination of home visits
