We're looking for a Credit & Collections Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of best practices and procedures in the collections field.

Our Credit & Collections Assistants are responsible for collecting payment for a large volume of assigned accounts.

Though we service accounts throughout North America, our corporate headquarters is located in Chicago, IL. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.


Responsibilities:


  • Researches and compiles general information in response to inquiries regarding past due invoices.
  • Generates reports and statements in relation to open invoices on accounts.
  • Works with customers, sales team and other departments to resolve issues pertaining to open and pastdue invoices.
  • Handles and resolves general issues and complaints. Refers complex complaints to appropriate departments for investigation.
  • Completes requests for information.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years' experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Minimum one year experience with SAP.
  • Strong problemsolving, time management and communication skills.
