    Are you ready to kickstart your career in the thriving insurance industry? Look no further Florida Best Quote, one of the largest and fastest-growing agencies in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

    At Florida Best Quote, we're more than just a technology-driven insurance agency; we're a family-oriented team committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a CSR, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company, with many of our team members advancing to become licensed insurance agents, managers, and more.

    What We Offer:
    • Competitive hourly pay range of $40,000-$60,000, including bonuses
    • Generous paid time off, with 2 weeks accrued after the first 90 days and 3 weeks after 5 years
    • 12 paid holidays plus FBQ Fun Day, a paid day off for staff appreciation

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions
    • Collaborate with producers and team members to meet client needs
    • Learn and utilize various technologies, including AMS and CRM systems
    • Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail

    Requirements:
    • 1-2 years experience
    • Active 4 40, 20 44 or 2 20 license
    • Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
