Join the Oaks team and make it happen As our Make it happen DU, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of a defined range of products, taking into account available capacities and inventory levels.

You will also ensure a smooth supply of materials for this product range, ensuring quantity and delivery deadlines are met.

Your role will involve maintaining planning parameters and ensuring data quality in the program you are responsible for. You will also be involved in order management, reviewing cost-effectiveness and supply reliability.

In case of shortages, you will be responsible for monitoring delivery performance and taking necessary measures to secure production (bottleneck management).

You will also be responsible for facilitating structured communication between all interfaces in the order flow and moderating shop floor meetings.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing proposals for utilizing excess inventory, as well as creating reports and data analyses.

You should have a degree in business administration, engineering, or a completed commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or similar qualification.

You should also have a meticulous and structured approach to work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team and assert yourself.

You should also be proactive, resilient, and flexible. Fluency in German and English, as well as proficiency in MS Office programs, are required.
