Duties:
- Coordinates all HR efforts and staff requests daily with the Director of Human Resources
- Manage the FCC process to include validating each employee during the onboarding process
- Own the engagement process for school events with the support of the HRD
- Own the new hire process in HIREFORMS for all staff to include onboarding
- Administrator of new employee information into IV and Employee Navigator
- Manage I9 binder (active and term) and process to include E-Verify training
- Responsible for all VOE (verification of employment)
- Support the HRD in the yearly contract process for the new school year filing
- Supports HRD in recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, including career fair process (book events, organize material)
- Suppots benefits administration to include assisting in duties needed for benefit bills and open enrollment and communicating benefit information to employees when necessary
- Be the first to greet guests as they enter the district office
- Manage all the mail, including disseminating the mail to the correct box, buying stamps
- Manage/Inventory office to include Staples orders, maintain f&b in CMO office, printer maintenance, restroom supplies
- Create Purchase Requisitions, scan invoices for payables, and submit receipts when needed
- Stay up to date on Business License
Experience:
- Previous experience in human resources or related fields is preferred but not manadatory
- Familiarity with HR management practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using HR software such as HIREFORMS and Employee Navigator or similar platforms
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities BE POSITIVE
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
