Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.


Duties:


  • Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medication reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Monitor and report changes in patient's health status
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in tube feeding and catheter care is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
  • Previous experience in assisted living or home care settings is a plus
  • Ability to provide compassionate patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in caregiving or completion of a Home Health Aide training program

Pay:
$ $20.42 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
