_Sales Associate for a Real Estate Private Investment Company_

Pay:
$70K/yr + Highly competitive commission structure

BONUSES (5k-20k per deal closed)

We are a private investment firm based in Brooklyn NY, with more than 15 years of experience in both residential, commercial, and multifamily acquisition and development opportunities within the Tri-state area looking to hire a Sales Associate for our Acquisitions Department.

A highly organized, self-starter with prior experience in real estate acquisitions and valuation will also stand out

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls
Follow warm leads and assist with scheduling
Develop a call strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
Follow up on prior leads from our database
Use market websites, comps, data research, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts & due diligence documents
Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions

Knowledge requirements and Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be driven and passionate about real estate, a fast learner, goaloriented, energetic and have a positive, driven, light hearted attitude.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Will not disclose company information to outside parties.
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Outlook / Gmail
Preferably Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay:
up to 70K per year
