American Residential Warranty is looking for a talented and competitive Telephone Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

A Telephone Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales over the phone.

Shift:

Monday through Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm EST. Shifts scheduled based on business needs. Mandatory 2 Saturdays per month. 40 hours total per week.

Compensation:

Competitive Base pay of $16 per hour with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. Total compensation $50, $100, per year. No cap on commissions

Training:

Next Training class is May 22

Responsibilities:

Handle dials per day
Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
Use a dialer system for outbound and inbound calling
Understand customer needs and requirements by following scripts and advising customers on our warranty plans
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales in one call and achieve quotas
Perform effective online demos to prospects

Skills:

Proven inside sales experience
Track record of overachieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

8 GB of RAM or more
120+ GB SSD (recommended) or HDD, with 20 GB Available Free Space

Integrated or connectable webcam

Wired USB Headset (combination of microphone and headphone)
Wired internet connection (Wifi is not supported)

Current antivirus/spyware software installed at all times (Windows Security is fine)

Dialup internet is NOT permitted
DSL, satellite and wireless broadband is NOT permitted

Pay:
$16.00 per hour
