The Office Administrator is a highly organized and detail-oriented office administrative assistant to support our teams in Portsmouth NH< br>This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions and will provide dedicated support to Human Resources Talent Management and Accounting The ideal candidate is proactive professional and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment< hr>This is a part-time non-exempt position located in our Portsmouth NH offices reporting to the Head Human resources North America Occasional overtime may be required to support events or deadlines
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors phone calls and general inquiries while maintaining security awareness
- Maintain office supplies equipment and overall office organization
