Salary:
$120,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, with a deep understanding of the live streaming and TikTok industry.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of content creators, models, and broadcasters.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and talent gaps, particularly in the areas of modeling, cinematography, hosting, and content creation.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to ensure our team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations within the live streaming and TikTok industry.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet the needs of content creators and broadcasters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of talent.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player.
