On behalf of our client, an internationally operating specialist company for machine repairs, we are looking for a Financial Accountant with potential for development (m/f/d) for our client in Broadview Park, FL.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creation and posting of invoices
  • Review and processing of incoming and outgoing payments
  • Recording of payments
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Identifying and expanding potential for digitization, especially in accounting
  • Support in administrative processing in purchasing and shipping
  • Support of management in the creation of sales materials, evaluations and statistics

We expect:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or B.A. in accounting, finance, or similar
  • Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international company
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and financial regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally with Navision knowledge
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Flexibility with working hours during peak periods
