Who is Sassool?
We are a family owned and operated Mediterranean Cafe with two locations.

The Sassool Raleigh Location is looking to hire one fulltime hotline chef to add to our team.

We have a set menu that you'll have to make including dishes like Mjadarah, Makloube, Vegetarian Lasagna, Lebanese Green Beans, etc.

You will also be completely daily specials as well which change regularly.

The shift runs from 8am-4pm, 5 days a week. You must be able to work atleast one weekend day.

Someone with a background in Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cooking is preferred but not required.
