Description
Must be detail-oriented, organized and have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Maintain and update financial records
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online is required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
