Production Associate positions available. Full time day shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. No weekends and overtime is voluntary. We are looking for motivated individuals with a good work ethic to be an important part of a team making soft foam products for furniture, packaging, bedding, and more Clean & friendly factory. No experience necessary - on the job training.
Starting at $17.00 per hour with room for advancement.

Responsibilities of a Production Associate:


  • Packaging
  • Gluing foam products
  • Wrapping finished product in plastic
  • Loading foam sheets onto machine
  • Unloading finished product from machine
  • Machine Operator

Requirements of a Production Associate:


  • Excellent attendance. Cannot be excessively or regularly late or absent.


  • Good productivity

  • Must be able to work at a fast pace.
  • Cooperative team attitude.
  • Must always work safely. Wear and/or use all safety equipment and obey all safety rules.
  • Good communication skills. Must understand, read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must follow verbal and written instructions and directions accurately.
  • Must be drug & alcohol free at all times.
  • Must not be impaired in any way while at work.
