We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Cleared Project Operation & Maintenance Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair existing furniture onsite under warranty
Act as a contractor escort for furniture installs
Must be onsite for all deliveries
Perform Quality Control Activities and provide information to Government PM COR and coordinate with the EM to incorporate the data into the weekly project tracking meeting
Perform project presurvey walkouts before delivery and installation of project
Coordinate with the EM to develop redline drawings for project completion,
Attend weekly Government furniture meetings as the Manufacturer POC to support the Government Interior Design and Furniture Execution teams.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications**:

Top-Secret security clearance with SCI required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably within a government or military environment.
Proven track record of managing operations and maintenance for largescale projects.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
Proficient in maintenance management software and other relevant technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
