Job Overview:


Your ability to problem solve, communicate effectively, and approach issues in a client-centric fashion will be vital in maintaining the level of service we strive to offer.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday in our office in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.


Responsibilities:


  • Logistics_
  • Generate and distribute various forms of paperwork including Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), shipping documents, and other necessary paperwork while complying with existing procedures and bookkeeping practices.
  • Evaluate defective returned products and provide timely resolutions while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with various other teams within the company to manage flow of returned goods.
  • Inventory management.
  • Customer Service_
  • Follow up with postreturn troubleshooting product support when necessary.
  • Minor processing of funds and transactions for paid items.
  • Bookkeeping_
  • Update and maintain accurate records across multiple internal platforms for use across multiple departments.
  • Frequent reconciliation of returned and shipped items.
  • Ensure all current processes are compliant with our company standards.

Necessary Skills:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly problemsolve to resolve clientbased conflicts or complaints.
  • Highly detailed and meticulous in terms of documentation, financial recording, processing of returns, and inventory management data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate personal workflow.

Required Qualifications:


  • 24 years of experience in customer service, or returnsrelated position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and or Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency with inventory management or related tasks
  • High level of personal organization and selfmotivation

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with our most oftenused platforms, including Salesforce, Acctivate, and Asana.
  • 12 years experience with warehouserelated postions

Pay:
$32, $36,000.00 per year
