Description
Mike Thompson's RV Super Stores is seeking Experienced Service Advisors to join our Colton Team


Job Duties:

Coordinate RV service and repairs with guests. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work performed and is contacted with updates.

  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
  • Set realistic expectations for customer and ensure you hold to those expectations
  • Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
  • Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience.
  • Attend all meetings and training as required

Qualifications:


  • Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
  • Must have professional appearance and demeanor
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills to manage customer databases
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner

Pay:
$4, $7,500.00 per month
