We specialize in providing individualized treatment rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to give our clients that chance.

Through continuous assessment and evaluation, we identify unique strengths to help learn language and functional communication, develop social skills to create meaningful relationships, and minimize inappropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and record behavior changes.
• Provide feedback to the supervising BCBA on progress and challenges.
• Monitor the environment for potential triggers of challenging behaviors.
• Provide positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
