Purchasing Assistant/Order Entry- Office Environment Experience ONLY
- QuickBooks Software Experience a must
- Capable of managing diverse responsibilities with attention to detail and mínimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Responsible for daily tracking and estimated shipping dates of all orders that have been shipped.
- Daily follow up on all back orders with factories.
- Responsible for all freight charges and freight claims.
- Assist accounting department when necessary.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift:
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- TREVOSE, PA 19053: Relocate before starting work (required)
