Position: Leader of Acquisition TeamLevel: M2 / M3 (in exceptional cases)
Department: Retail LiabilitiesLocation: Throughout India
Reporting Relationship: Branch Manager
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities by sourcing new customers.
- Source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
- Cross-sell bank products to existing customers within assigned branches.
- Inform customers of new products or enhancements to strengthen banking relationships.
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for potential and current clients.
- Collaborate with other group companies to provide access to additional products.
- Maintain complete records of customer relationships.
- Monitor and address customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Skills/Knowledge Prerequisites:
- Customer-oriented with high energy and drive. AMFI/IRDA certification preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post-graduate degree.
Experience Profile:
- 3-5 years
