Position: Leader of Acquisition Team

Level: M2 / M3 (in exceptional cases)

Department: Retail Liabilities
Location: Throughout India
Reporting Relationship: Branch Manager

Job Role and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities by sourcing new customers.
  2. Source new bank customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
  3. Cross-sell bank products to existing customers within assigned branches.
  4. Inform customers of new products or enhancements to strengthen banking relationships.
  5. Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for potential and current clients.
  6. Collaborate with other group companies to provide access to additional products.
  7. Maintain complete records of customer relationships.
  8. Monitor and address customer complaints and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Skills/Knowledge Prerequisites:

  1. Customer-oriented with high energy and drive. AMFI/IRDA certification preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Graduate or Post-graduate degree.

Experience Profile:

  1. 3-5 years
