    SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS – SIGNING BONUS

    PHILLIPS Programs Schools are private special education day schools for children with emotional and behavioral needs. PHILLIPS has a unique approach to special education. Our programs provide a place of relationship and belonging where students can be accepted; treated with compassion and respect.

    We are recruiting committed and dedicated staff that want to work in a supportive, collaborative and dynamic environment. PHILLIPS Programs are offering signing bonuses to Special Education Teachers.

    We are recruiting Special Education Teachers for SY Our schools are located in Laurel, Maryland, Annandale and Fairfax, Virginia.

    If you are serious about applying, you should have the following:

    • Virginia or Maryland Special Education license or willing to pursue licensure immediately
    • Have demonstrated experience with students with Autism and social and emotional needs in a school setting preferred
    • Hold a BA degree
    • Have experience working in the special needs environment (learning and behavioral needs)
    • Have a passion and dedication to students and the classroom
    • Enjoy working with a team
    • Great references from previous employers
