Breakdown of Tasks:
- Customer Reports (Develop, complete, interrogate, and submit customer reports)
- Order Status Management:
- Send Customer Order Status report to Customers with Orders Inside Window
- Send Customer Order Status reports for Feedbacks with Follow Up Date
- Customer Order Status Estimated Ship Date updates during Meetings
- PO (Purchase Orders) & POC Entry (Receive, download, save and accurately enter new Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Changes. )
- RFQ (Request for Quotation) Entry and Quoting
- Send Quotations to Customers
- New Customer Creation
- Meeting Notation
- Record any Action Items or Questions at meetings and deliver to the Sales Manager via Action Items
- Complete Administrative Tasks for Sales
Qualifications:
- E
- Strong customer service background
- Proven experience in sales and negotiation
- Familiarity with Aerospace Manufacturing preferred
- Ability to utilize MRP software and communication technologies such as Teams.

- Strong skills in Data Entry
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
