Breakdown of Tasks:

  • Customer Reports (Develop, complete, interrogate, and submit customer reports)
  • Order Status Management:
  • Send Customer Order Status report to Customers with Orders Inside Window
  • Send Customer Order Status reports for Feedbacks with Follow Up Date
  • Customer Order Status Estimated Ship Date updates during Meetings
  • PO (Purchase Orders) & POC Entry (Receive, download, save and accurately enter new Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Changes. )
  • RFQ (Request for Quotation) Entry and Quoting
  • Send Quotations to Customers
  • New Customer Creation
  • Meeting Notation
  • Record any Action Items or Questions at meetings and deliver to the Sales Manager via Action Items
  • Complete Administrative Tasks for Sales

Qualifications:



  • E
xcellent communication skills in English

  • Strong customer service background
  • Proven experience in sales and negotiation
  • Familiarity with Aerospace Manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to utilize MRP software and communication technologies such as Teams.


  • E
xperience in inside sales and technical sales

  • Strong skills in Data Entry

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
