Your tasks will include:


  • You will support us in the finance department with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and preparing and analyzing financial data for the entire company and individual departments.
  • You will provide all relevant data to our tax office for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You will prepare all necessary documents for monthly payroll accounting with effective document management (contracts and personnel files). The continuous maintenance of employee master data is of great importance here.
  • You will assist with administrative HR tasks, including contract management, personnel data maintenance, and applicant management.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding
