Your Role:

With a record retention rate of over 95%, you?ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of transportation engineers, contributing your expertise to a diverse array of projects including developing bridge design and construction plan development for bridge rehabilitation projects and replacement projects for State DOT and Municipal projects throughout the Northeast.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
04 year?s experience in bridge design, rehabilitation, and/or inspection preferred.
Project experience with state DOT?s preferred.
Experience in MicroStation and AutoCAD are highly desired.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team.

Pay Range:

Pay Range:
$32-$37/hr excluding incentive compensation/profit performance plan.
