A Growing fulfillment warehouse is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, to handle warehouse tasks for Immediate Start.
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for executing the policies and procedures necessary to manage and maintain the shipment of large and small parcels into, and out of the company warehouse.
Ensures that the entire process meets management and customer requirements and is completed in a fast, organized, efficient and safe manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete Administrative tasks necessary for the mailing of all parcels this includes printing out orders, labels, shipping documentation and confirming orders have been dispatched.
- Lead and supervise packaging staff to make sure all orders go out in a timely manner.
- Organize products and work with team to package orders.
- Oversee overall staff attendance and time management.
- Monitor and ensure that all stock is managed and updated on a daily basis.
- Act as liaison between the facility and the couriers/delivery personnel. Make sure pickup/delivery are scheduled accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with head office regarding order management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Associates Degree or higher preferred.
- Must have Warehouse, Shipping, or order packaging experience.
- Must be tech savvy on both Desktop and Mobile.
- Strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to delegate and hold direct reports accountable to daily, weekly and monthly production objectives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate others
- Analytical skills, Strong problem solving skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree in administrative field or at least 10 years of work experience
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred/ Not Required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Physical demands are consistent with a warehouse environment.
- May be required to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. (additional weight may be required with assistance).
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Experience level:
- 2 years
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
