We are currently seeking a
Deputy Head (m/f/d) for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Organizational leadership of employees
Planning and management of personnel deployment
Scheduling of shifts and vacations
Conducting employee discussions
Computer-assisted patient and care management
Instruction of trainees and employees, including in the recognition process

You have completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
You have strong communication skills

You have an open-minded personality, enjoy taking on responsibility, and possess a high level of initiative and persuasiveness - then you are welcome to join our nursing team.
