We currently have an exciting new opportunity for Full-time/Part-time
Parking Lot Sweeper Technicians**. This person will assist in providing services to client establishments.

The
Parking Lot Sweeper Technician position is vital in delivering the highest company quality standards and on-time customer service. This person will be required to take vehicle and equipment training, which is required to perform sweeping services.

This work is physically demanding and labor intensive yet rewarding as you will be providing cleanliness and safety to our customer lots.

Our company is a leader within the industry and provides preventative maintenance and on-call repair programs for all rolling equipment within the retail, wholesale, and grocery industries.

Responsibilities:

Work independently and provide onsite sweeper services on a set and ondemand
Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy, professionalism, and ensuring all customer issues are
Sweeping of designated commercial
Blowing off sidewalks and
Changing trash
Keep the Sweeper Truck supplied and in clean
Maintain and report any deficiencies of
Produce timely and detailed service
Keep vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment).
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required).
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
Minimum of 1 year Sweeper Truck Operator experience (preferred).
Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and earl y mornings (when client serviced locations are typically closed).
Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical and equipment
Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection,
Selfmotivated and responsible
Must have time management
Must be a teamplayer who interacts well with the
Must pass a criminal background and DMV record
