Tasks:


As a direct contact person in the internal sales department, you will support the existing customer base in Germany and actively work on acquiring new customers.

Your tasks include order and quotation processing, creating delivery notes and invoices, monitoring delivery dates, and providing support in commercial processes.

You will also be responsible for after-sales service with our suppliers. You will be supported by our field sales team. Creativity and resilience will be helpful in supporting the success of the dynamic team. Strong communication skills and organizational talent complete your profile.


Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk, office communication clerk, or a comparable qualification
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Commitment, resilience, and creativity
  • Customeroriented, communicative, implementationoriented, and flexible, with structured work and quick comprehension
  • Experience in customer dialogue or with business partners
  • Knowledge of a merchandise management system is advantageous. SAP is not a requirement
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
  • Proficient in standard office applications (MS Office package)
