JOB SUMMARY

WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS

  • Research, write, and edit technical documentation, white papers, articles, and educational materials related to biologics, wound care, and intellectual property.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in wound care, biologics, and related fields to inform content creation.
  • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to the development of promotional materials, presentations, and website content.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of manuscripts for publication in peerreviewed journals and presentations at conferences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all written materials.
  • Participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and review processes to contribute insights and expertise.

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as medicine, nursing, biology, or biomedical engineering. Advanced degree (MD, PhD) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of wound healing mechanisms, biologics, tissue engineering, and related concepts.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in conducting literature reviews and synthesizing scientific research.
  • Familiarity with publication processes including manuscript preparation, submission, and peer review.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to producing accurate and highquality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with graphic design, multimedia content creation, or medical illustration is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This position may require occasional evening or weekend work, depending on research or intellectual property project needs.
  • The technical writer will have access to training opportunities and professional development resources.
