**For our client in the aerospace industry, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate for the Finkenwerder location in Fostoria, PA, Germany for the following position: Supply Officer/Supply Management (d/f/m) Ref **
Job Description:
The incumbent will be employed as a Supply Officer (d/m/w) and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Participation in New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Review and ensure order processing
  • Receipt and management of data related to order placement in the ERP system
  • Analysis of delays and prioritization of urgencies according to the needs of assembly lines and customer support
  • Management of short and longterm operational action plans (delay in retrofitting, missing parts, improvement of logistics processes)
  • Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance (e.g. receipt, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and resolution of conflicts
  • Collaboration with suppliers (remotely and/or onsite) as well as crossfunctional departments for the implementation of preventive and corrective actions
  • Driving the return logistics processes (quotations, return parts, subsequent dismantling)
  • Providing an overview of inventory levels and implementing action plans with suppliers to manage utilization
  • Conducting supplier evaluation and selection processes and risk assessment
  • Optimizing and reviewing supply chains
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders
