Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the scheduling of caregivers for client assignments using our scheduling software
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm schedules and ensure all shifts are filled
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR paperwork
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new caregivers, including conducting background checks and completing necessary paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate caregiver availability and client information in our database
  • Handle any scheduling or caregiverrelated issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively communicate with the HR team about any scheduling concerns or conflicts
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
