We specialize in the acquisition and development of multi-family houses throughout Northern Germany.Our vision is to acquire houses in need of renovation in the coming years and lead them into a sustainable future, in order to contribute to the climate change.
For the Hamburg and Lower Saxony regions, we are currently seeking full-time or part-time support for caretaking and handyman tasks related to the management, renovation, and re-leasing of properties.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with renovation and refurbishment of houses and apartments
- Purchasing and installation of shelves, pictures, furniture, etc.
- Minor repairs
- Clearing out properties during household dissolutions.
