- Prospect and call prospective customers in person and by phone to discuss Capital Ford services and products
- Learn customer needs by talking with them about their own vehicle and how they are using our services
- Build relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Follow up and follow through with customers after their appointments
- Help customers make decisions about their care and maintenance of their vehicles
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentation for each transaction
- Be a team player Assist other departments as needed

- Clean driving record required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details are essential. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent our company and clients
- Must have strong math skills including the ability to calculate the total cost of repairs for different vehicle or services to answer customer questions about vehicle ownership
- Must be able to pass a background check and 5-pandel drug test (including THC)
