- Strong adherence to processes
- Providing monthly reports to DXP for key accounts, highlighting changes, service issues, competition challenges, customer projects, initiatives, and cost savings
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and dedication
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling (rotating equipment, pumps, bearing, and power transmission products)
- Preferably experience in selling to (mines, power plants, food & beverage, oil & gas, municipalities, municipal contractors & engineering firms)
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Proficient in computer usage
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in generating proposals and solutions
- Strong analytical and problems-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience in maintaining long-term customer relationships with substantial repeat business

Pay Range: 75k - 100k GUARANTEED 1st year / UNCAPPED ($24k base + Tiered Commission Plan)
