As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within our esteemed organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.

From administering medications and conducting assessments to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications, take vital signs, dress wounds, and assist with various medical procedures.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and uptodate patient records. This includes recording patient information, updating medical histories, and documenting the care provided.
  • Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members. Effective communication is crucial for relaying important information, educating patients about their conditions, and coordinating care.
  • Provide educational support to patients and their families, offering guidance on managing health conditions, medications, and lifestyle changes.
Bilingual Spanish preferred or knowledge of any second language a plus.


Shift:
Monday 1130a - 800p
Tuesday - Friday 900a - 530p


Required:

  • NY LPN License & Registration
  • BLS Card
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • High School/GED minimum
