Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers.


Duties:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and engage in warm calling techniques
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills
  • Present product information and benefits to prospective customers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track customer interactions and update sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Continuously build product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries

Skills:


  • Proven experience in inside sales or related role
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Technical sales background is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results
  • Prior experience in outbound calling or warm calling is advantageous

Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
