The job duties herein describe essential functions of the position. Additionally, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the position. The individual should be able to perform these essential functions with or without requested reasonable accommodations.

Essential FunctionsPerform operational functions of CNC machinesMaintain acceptable reject, scrape rates, and production ratesVerify part compliance to print or other documentation, Calipers, MicrometersReading of blueprints, sketches, machine parts or specifications to determine type and dimensions of stock requiredResponsible for all paperwork of area of machinery assignedCorrectly loading and unloading fixturing, Jaws, Chucks, Main Spindle, Sub Spindle, Collets, Pads, Bar feeder inputsMaintain a safe work environment and keep work area clean and organizedConduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.

Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
QualificationsHS/GED1 Years' experience as a CNC operatorTechnical school degree or certificate is a plusAvailable to work overtime as needed.
Skills, Abilities & Work StyleWilling to dedicate the time and effort to learn the skills required for position.

Position is expected to be able to work both independently with a high degree of detail and accuracyAbility to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface safely bend, stoop, and reach for 8 to 10 hours a dayCommunicates well both verbally and in writing and shares information and ideas with othersCommitted to contributing to Company's success through on-the-job performance.

Background Check & Drug and Alcohol TestingThe Company will conduct a job-related background check for all safety sensitive positions.
