Gulf Stream Coach is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President and Chairman at Gulfstream Coach.
General Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative services and management support to the President and Chairman
- Coordinate office activities and handle diverse support projects with efficiency
- Draft professional and legal communications with a high degree of confidentiality
- Be the keeper of all high-level confidential documents and reports (Risk management)
- Manage and schedule the calendar of the executive team
- Work closely with different management teams as needed (Controller)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of previous applicable experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and efficiency capabilities

Paralegal experience

Degree in Organizational Management
