    Description

    What You Will Be Doing:

    As a Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with your recruiting partners to create an excellent experience for all candidates from the first contact up until the final interview.

    You will manage candidate communications, coordinate interviews, maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) and partner with hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

    Additionally, youll work with our Talent Operations Manager to implement and drive different programs across the Talent function. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA office and reports directly to our Talent Operations Manager.


    You Will:
    Manage the entire scheduling process from start to finish for candidatesAssist candidates with all travel logistics for onsite interviewsFind opportunities to optimize our recruiting process for speed and efficiencySupport work across talent programs in partnership with broader Talent teamEnsure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining candidate information across our talent tools

    Required Skills:1+ years of experience in talent coordinationAble to balance shifting priorities while managing expectations with candidates, recruiters and hiring teamsHandle confidential candidate informationStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe pay range for this position is $31/hr - $36/hr.

    This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidates experience and qualifications.
