    Certified Medical Assistant

    Location: Everett, WA

    Compensation: $24/hr

    We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant with top-notch customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the care team, ensuring smooth patient flow and delivering high-quality care promptly and safely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Follow established procedures for admitting and discharging patients
    • Plan pre-visit activities
    • Handle incoming calls and arrange follow-up appointments
    • Manage all aspects of the patient admission process, including screening questionnaires
    • Coordinate care activities with other team members
    • Address all required clinical quality measures for each patient
    • Handle all provider referrals for patients
    • Assist medical providers in documenting office visits to ensure comprehensive patient care coordination

    Requirements:

    1) Currently hold an active Certified or Interim WA State Medical Assistant License (MA-R candidates accepted)

    2) Experience (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
