Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program management oversight for a portfolio of IT projects supporting the federal customer.
- Monitor each project and execute rapid corrective actions if issues arise (technical, cost, or other).
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers via phone, online meetings, or inperson to ensure successful project management and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in all initial/kickoff meetings for projects and additional meetings as necessary.
- Hold contract/project status meetings with the PMO Director, the COR, and other OW staff once per month, providing detailed project status, expenditures, risks, and reporting on other issues.
- Oversee the work of the Project Manager, contractor staff, and any subcontractors.
- Ensure the Project Team's staff have the skills necessary to deliver project requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Draft and finalize the Task Order Management Plan as part of program management activities.
- Provide project control and monthly invoice preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with OW's SharePoint Site or alternative mutually agreedupon method.
- Address changes in work priorities and staffing, ensuring proper staffing with requisite technical and managerial skills.
- Prepare and revise cost estimates for projects as necessary.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
- Develop, coordinate, update, and maintain all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring adequate documentation meets standards throughout the entire software development life cycle.
- Select and follow the best development methodology (waterfall, agile, spiral, etc.) to ensure costeffective results.
- Enforce proper configuration management and version control.
- Ensure compliance with all Agency 508 compliance regulations and security and IT regulations.
- Deliver monthly reports providing a status for each project.
- Participate in discussions regarding monthly invoices and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Track and record funding modifications and monthly spending status, maintaining a history of all funding actions, spending, and status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with federal contracts and oversight.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of change management processes and compliance regulations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance may be required.
Pay:
$140, $155,000.00 per year
