Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Retaining Customers: Identify and implement strategies to prevent cancellations, including offering solutions, addressing billing inquiries, and providing information on solar benefits.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional solar products, services, or upgrades to existing customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Renewal Management: Manage contract renewals and assist customers in understanding their options and benefits.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve services and address potential issues proactively.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on customer retention, feedback, and upselling activities.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented and committed to accurate documentation.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Bilingual preferred
