IN-PERSON sessions in San Mateo / San Mateo county / Fremont / SF, in California.
Must have a BBS or BOP license to practice independently in CA - LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psy.
D.;

• Child therapist must have experience working with children between years old.

- in-person sessions

• MUST be able to have sessions inperson.
• Must have your own office to see child patients, in person (mandatory)
• All BBS licensed clinicians are welcome to apply

Bonus points if you can meet
ANY of the following;

• Trauma therapist trained in other trauma based treatment modality

MANDATORY:

This is an
in-person position for clinicians in the U.S. who are licensed in California, with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology

PART-TIME - 20 hours / wk - $100,000 per annum - 1,040 client units per annum

Minimum 3 hours
Maximum 60 hours
You decide on how many hours you would like to work a week
Salary will be prorated.

QRC is a California based group practice with locations all over San Francisco Bay Area.


We are currently expanding our in-person sessions for children ONLY - as we experience a huge need in this area.

However, if you have in-person slots for
adults in South Bay / San Mateo county and Santa Clara county, and if the need arises, we can contact you, at a later time.)

What does QRC provide?

• We will take care of the following for you:
• eligibility and benefits checks, consultation to see why the patient is coming in, filling out paperwork
• ROI, informed consent etc. intakes, scheduling, and billing,
• You do NOT have to do marketing we have a marketing team to bring in patients for you
• You do not have to deal with billing or insurance companies we have a 16 person accounting team who will do that for you
• You do not need to collect payments, chase clients or insurance companies for payments. Our billing team will do that for you.
• Our intake team will get ALL of your first session, with a patient scheduled for you.
• You are able to do split shifts and have a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current, unrestricted clinical license or registration to practice therapy in California
• Hold CA state license to practice mental health
• EMDR trained clinicians are strongly desired not mandatory
• Community mental health clinical experience is a bonus
• You possess a strong work ethic
• Able to take directions easily from our intake / administrative team.
• Newly licensed or have a lot of experience
• You have comfort in working inperson with children.
• You will always be in charge of your work hours flex schedule starting at a minimum of 3 hours hours / week.

There is currently a demand for weekends - so if you can work weekends, that is a plus.
You pay attention to detail, disciplined, a team player, good at following instructions and work well independently

You are tech savvy and can navigate all of the online apps, websites and smart phone
:

• 90% productivity per week.
• You are comfortable with EHR
• Theranest training will be provided. It is very simple to use.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility to maintain one's own professional liability insurance
• Develop treatment plan that addresses the client's mental health diagnosis
• Provide inperson child psychotherapy sessions
• Enter session notes within established medical record system DAILY
• Consult medical personnel, legal authorities, as required
• Able to help with QA and QI of notes.
• Respect and uphold client confidentiality
• Perform other related duties as assigned
