    Job Description:
    This position's primary responsibility is to assist with student placement during the clinical/externship phases of the program. Develops and maintains databases related to preceptors, clinical/externship sites, hospital affiliations, student clinical hours, continuing education, and students. Assists in preparing for conferences and other program-specific events. Performs administrative tasks as needed.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
    • Demonstrated excellence in organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
    • General skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and standard computer software;
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and update databases using a variety of software applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in Nursing in higher education.
