Your Role:

As the Senior Manager of Client Strategy & Analytics, you'll be instrumental in driving success across our client services for both linear and digital streaming accounts.

Your responsibilities include analyzing video advertising data, understanding client objectives and KPIs deeply, and optimizing campaign performance.

Your expertise will ensure smooth client service operations, fostering strong relationships and acting as a crucial liaison between clients, network partners, vendors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do:


Client Services Leadership:
Take the lead on client services for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout campaigns.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze video advertising data to identify trends, communicate insights, and recommend optimizations.

Strategic Client Engagement:
Develop a deep understanding of client goals and engage in strategic discussions on marketing and business strategies.

Media Task Support:
Assist with media-related tasks such as monitoring performance and acting as a liaison between teams.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish strong client relationships, lead meetings, and deliver impactful presentations.

Campaign Coordination:
Manage all aspects of campaigns, including creative development and budget assessment.

Insightful Reporting:
Provide clients with meaningful insights and recommendations based on campaign data.


Requirements:

5+ years of experience in startups, tech companies, consultancies, or marketing/finance roles, with client service experience preferred.
Strong quantitative skills with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.


Salary:
$110, $120,000.00 per year
