We are in search of an experienced Lead Business Analyst to be part of our expanding team and contribute to exploring new opportunities across various business sectors. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will engage with clients from the US/UK, establishing a business analysis strategy for projects of different sizes and complexities. Your responsibilities will include guiding the BA team, learning, and exchanging the best BA practices within our organization.

What The Role Entails

Extracting requirements using diverse techniques
Defining Business Objectives, Goals, and Needs
Spotting enhancement chances for products, processes, and team
Mapping out Business Analysis, including management of Business Analysis Information, Stakeholder Interaction & Communication on multi-stream or large-scale projects
Formulating stakeholder interaction approach and overseeing it to keep them engaged in the delivery process
Converting business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
Choosing or customizing requirement documentation framework to align with project requirements
Selecting requirements change management approach and ensuring proper traceability support
Aligning solutions with business Objectives/Goals/Needs
Planning BA activities and facilitating during the Discovery phase
Overseeing project/product backlog
Providing guidance and aligning requirements prioritization across all levels
Assuming the role of BA Team Lead in the project
Conducting Technical Interviews for BA roles
Mentoring other BAs within the project team or organization

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 years relevant BA experience
Proficiency in generating various types of requirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements etc.)
Ability to effectively spearhead elicitation activities on multi-stream or large-scale projects
Capacity to identify and rectify inconsistencies in project/product requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) or traditional ones (e.g. RUP)
Proficiency in planning Business Analysis Approach on projects and facilitating related communications
Capability to create/adapt a range of templates for project use
Knowledge of arranging and facilitating stakeholder communication across diverse levels using various relevant techniques
Ability to swiftly acquire new information about projects, products, and domains from different sources
Experience in creating diagrams (e.g., in UML, BPMN)
Understanding and proposing suitable software development processes and contributing to their improvement
Effective guidance of BA activities throughout all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management etc.)
Expertise in project/product scope management and scope creep control
Accurate assessment of project/business analysis risks and corresponding actions
Experience in BA efforts estimation, modeling, and prototyping for large-scale projects
Advanced knowledge of at least one requirements management tool (Jira, Target Process, Rally, etc.)
Experience in BAs mentoring/coaching, leading a team of BAs
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing abilities
Product-oriented mindset
English Level: C1
