    Operations Manager

    Company Overview

    Join our team at Beacon Hill (BH), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential math and reading programs to students in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Our goal is to empower students by offering in-school, after-school, and summer programs that help them excel academically. We are currently seeking a talented Operations Manager to oversee internal operations and ensure the success of our various departments.

    Role Overview

    • Position: Operations Manager

    • Position Classification: Exempt

    • Location: Dallas, TX

    • Direct Reports: Internal Operations Teams

    • Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

    • Salary: Competitive

    Profile of the Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing situations and leverage technology to enhance our programs' impact. The Operations Manager will play a vital role in leading our teams and ensuring operational efficiency while upholding our organizational values.

    Responsibilities of the role include:

    Supply and Logistics Responsibilities

    • Oversee curriculum and supplies for program

    • Maintain inventory and orders

    • Implement quality assurance processes

    Facilities (Supplies & Logistics)

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office

    • Optimize processes for cost-effectiveness

    • Coordinate supply orders

    Informational Technology

    • Lead projects within the IT department

    • Ensure accurate reporting

    • Maintain IT systems

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • 4-6 years of experience in business administration

    • Background in management and supply chain

    • Knowledge of IT Management

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to handle physical demands of the position
