Job Description

Seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to assist a large consulting company with administrative accounting support, including consolidating invoices for the supply chain team, and working within SAP for administrative tasks.Qualifications:

Experience using SAP (Concur, preferably)
Experience within Accounts Payable, including invoice review and consolidation
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

On-site in Madison, MS salary: $28 - $28.84 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Consolidates invoices for supply chain using Concur
Provides administrative support to the accounting and supply chain members.
Applies general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures when responding to specific questions and non-routine problem resolution.
Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Utilize MS office suite, SAP, Concur and other applications.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
