    Description

    JOHNLEONARD is looking for an experienced Temporary Contracts Paralegal to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team. This remote role is based in Boston and offers an attractive hourly rate. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance from Boston.

    As a Temporary Contracts Paralegal, you will work alongside attorneys to assist in handling legal corporate matters and managing and facilitating contract processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate initiatives.

    In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and lease agreements
    • Ensure all contracts are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
    • Utilize DocuSign for efficient management of electronic signatures and document workflow, ensuring a seamless and secure contract execution process
    • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts meet business needs and risk management standards
    • Maintain an organized and accessible contract database for easy retrieval and reference

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
    • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in contract administration and legal support in a corporate setting
    • Paralegal experience in a large corporate setting or experience in a large law firm assigned to large corporate clients
